About RYS

Real You Society seeks to inspire young individuals to live life authentically, shaping their perspectives throughout adolescence.

Founded in 2014 as Real Talk For Real People, Real You Society (RYS) seeks to inspire young individuals to live life with authenticity, building their perspective throughout their stage of adolescence.

As a global movement by youth, for youth, the platform seeks to address mental health issues from an urban perspective, sharing personal reflections on tackling everyday challenges in one’s student and graduate adult life. This seeks contributions from authors across the world, each of which bear strong moral values.

Our Vision

Our vision is to remain socially conscious by influencing the modern urban youth to positively revolutionise the urban culture. This seeks to promote self-love, self-appreciation, and influence the culture in a friendly and positive way.

Our Values

We seek to hold to the following values:

  1. Self-Acceptance: accepting oneself as unique and difference – set apart for a purpose.
  2. Lend An Ear: to be open to the opinion of others.
  3. Self-Belief: to be able to drive one’s own vision and perspective, audibly and confidently.
  4. Positive Social Change: to envision a better world for all.
